The Hire Hero process of vetting our candidates is what separates us from other firms.  First, we identify candidates from several resources... most importantly referrals.  We reach out to prospective candidates and briefly review their backgrounds.  Upon finding a candidate to be qualified on the surface, we schedule either a face-to-face or Skype/Zoom/Teams meeting with the candidate.  We make sure to meet and see ALL of our candidates.  Whether the meeting is conducted in person or via Skype, we ask the candidates to come dressed as they would for an interview with a client to see how they present themselves.  It is during that meeting that we take a deep dive into their background, work history, education, personal and professional goals, what environments they work best in, salary expectation, etc.  The candidate must also provide us with a minimum of 2 supervisory references to get the point of view of those who managed the candidate.  After that process is completed, the candidate is eligible for us to send over to our clients looking for someone with the same skills and goals.  As you can see, Hire Hero is not a resume mill, and we do not send over countless profiles hoping one will stick.  Your time is valuable and so is ours.  That is why as partners, we take the steps needed to provide you with qualified options with every submission.  

 

Hire Hero does not stop when a candidate is selected either.  We periodically call both the candidate and the client during the first couple of weeks to see how everything is going and get in front of any potential issues.  We do not view our relationships through the lens of filling a placement but rather dedicate ourselves to our client's overall success.  As mentioned before, this is a partnership, not a transaction!
